We ship within Australia and overseas.

 

DISPATCH & SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.

If your order has a specific time frame, please let us know in the notes of your order or email us before ordering to confirm so we can try our hardest to meet your timeline.

All orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday and over the weekend will ship on a Monday.

Free Express Shipping is available to Australian and overseas customers. 

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

 

Tracking numbers are provided with all deliveries and are emailed to you as soon as your order is scanned at the Australian Post facility.

 If you want your order to be shipped directly to another person, please enter this address in the "Shipping Address" section of the order form.

LOCAL PICK-UP IN THE PERTH AREA

If you live local to Perth and wish to collect the order from Eglinton, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most international countries.  International orders are sent by Express International Air and take 1-4 days for delivery.  This rate includes tracking but no insurance.  If you want insurance please let us know in the comment section and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional charge.

Please be aware that you may be subject to Customs duty, Excise duty and/or import VAT upon arrival in your country before the item will be delivered.  Orders will no longer be sent to the UK.

** If your order goes missing we will do our best to work with Australia Post to find your lost order, however take no responsibility for orders not arriving at their destination.
