At This is Everything, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you find any product to be faulty, please let us know immediately, and we will exchange it for you or provide a refund.

We comply with all Australian Consumer Law regarding returns and guarantees.

Suppose you find that the item/s you purchased aren't what you hoped or expected. In that case, I am happy to offer an exchange or refund (less the shipping cost) provided the item/s are returned within 10 days from the date of original purchase and subject to the item/s being in original condition & packaging. 

 

Please contact us before returning any item/s so I can track the return and supply a prompt refund or exchange.
